1. Understands conceptually all current Content Services Capabilities Spaces and how they interact (see attachment)

2. Deliverable driven, can produce MVFs of tangible outputs in time asked for
3. Has been an enterprise architect before
4. Eager/Hungry to Learn
5. Knows and keeps up on industry trends for Content Space, cloud, IT in general
6. Self-Sufficient, can run with existing docs/info to produce output
7. Can help drive architectural discussions with multiple stakeholders business and/or IT
8. Respectful of developer team and stakeholders opinions, open to other ideas/challenges to opinions
9. Experience collaborating with leader/Product Owners to develop future vision
10. Quick Learner
11. Can juggle a few projects at once
12. Knowledge of most/all of the specific technologies in our space (see attachment)
