Job Description:
Responsibilities
• Ability to capture requirements from business users.
• Knowledge of Requirements Analysis and Management processes:
• Very strong hands-on experience and high degree of comfort in preparing Requirement artifacts like BRD, SRS (Functional requirements), Gap analysis documents/Use-cases, and Solution Design documentation.
• Experience in interacting with Business teams and Users across different geographies, and in running end-to-end Requirements-gathering and Design-brainstorming whiteboarding sessions.
• Good communication and analytical skills are a Must - the person should be able to grasp user requirements quickly, and also be able to present information to users effectively during design / prototype reviews.
• Experience in Onsite-Offshore coordination: Coordinate with Development, Configuration and Testing teams during build and deployment phases of the project. Also, will need to liaison between IT and business teams to help clarify questions and requirements.
• Work with clients to define and document the business problem and solution requirements in the area of specialization.
• Facilitate client requirements gathering/design meetings and present to stakeholders at all levels including executives.
• Collaborate with SMEs from other specializations to author solution design documents tailored to individual client requirements.
• Translate business requirements in to technical requirements.
• Create workflow and integrate with credit bureaus and other data sources.
• Development and maintenance of database query, analytical tools and metrics.
• Direct the activities of cross-functional departments during planning, development, testing, and implementation of custom software solutions.
• Act as liaison for sales, delivery and IT to ensure adequate scope definition, accurate effort estimate generation and develop externally facing artifacts as needed.
• Contribute to project planning phase by identifying required resource skill set, task dependencies and risks.
• Documentation skills - The person in this role Must be able to write-up a full-fledged BRD; Process-flow documents; Write user-stories, and any other documentation as needed for the product design and Implementation.
• Assists with ongoing scope management. Duties and tasks show substantial variety and complexity, but could include the development of both business and technical assessment, risk assessment, project meetings, business requirements and detailed effort estimates.
• Works on complex problems requiring an evaluation of intangible variables.
• Exercises independent judgment to obtain results.
• Experience in BPM / workflow and rule engine products.
• Must have hands on experience in developing applications or customizing products Development skills with databases (SQL, ORACLE, DB2, etc.)
• Knowledge of application development services using the following technologies (Java, SQL, Oracle, XML, Web Services, etc.)

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or other technical degree
• Minimum of 7 years in the financial industry or software delivery experience
• Minimum of 5 years in a technical environment including application development and testing
• Minimum of 5 years experience in designing high performing applications.

Job Title: QA Tester

Responsibilities
• Review/comment on Functional Specification Design (FSD) documentation.
• Participate in internal reviews of FSD, raise concerns/questions and make edits as appropriate.
• Install run time environment for QA testing purposes.
• Create test plan and test cases for QA testing.
• Perform QA testing - functional and regression including expected path, edge testing and error scenarios Participate in QA testing effort, including troubleshooting and reviewing logs for reported issues, apply defect fixes and provide software deployments.
• Develop test cases and test data using design docs, XML and Excel tools Provide Level of Efforts (LOEs) for Enhancement Requests/Change Requests.
• Daily Admin tasks: Attend project meetings, update documentation (Word, Confluence, Excel), ChangePoint, Coordination w/ DEV and other QA team members Creates test data and maintains regression test suites.

• Good to have US Financial services industry, loan origination and/or application processing experience.
• Experience as a business analyst, QA analyst, programmer or technical support representative.

Job Title: Azure Cloud Engineer

Job Description:
The Sandbox is an integrated Big Data and analytics platform. Our clients use this platform to understand consumer credit behavior and build models for credit decisioning, marketing and account review purposes. We are looking for an expert cloud engineer with in-depth knowledge on public cloud platforms & Big Data Analytics to help us run this peta-byte scale Big Data platform and provide the best possible experience for our clients.
What you’ll do here
· Responsible for continuous platform enhancements, upgrades, availability, reliability, and security of the Ascend Sandbox platform.
· Responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Ascend Globe PAAS framework that automate the Sandbox provisioning.
· Lead the RnD for product features pertaining to Big Data and ML
· Provide end-to-end observability of our Ascend Sandbox platform.
· Responsible for resolving incidents reported by Sandbox users and take preventive actions.
· Help Sandbox users to improve the performance and optimize their MapReduce/Hive/Spark applications.
· Drive communication and collaboration with other Client Teams.
· Drive Architecture review with central Review Board as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
Must have skills
· 4-6+ years experience in Python with AWS/ Azure
· Hands on experience with Architecting Cloud based Solutions preferably in Big Data domain.
· Understanding of Linux , Networking fundamentals and Application security .
· Hands on coding experience with at least one language - Python, Shell, JavaScript etc.
· Hands on experience working with Azure cloud platform and infrastructure.
· Hands on experience with designing, creating and managing Rest APIs on cloud
· Hands On experience with ARM templates / Terraform for managing Infrastructure as Code
