Job Description
· Relevant and substantial work experience with business requirements definition and management (end to end), structured analysis, process design, and use case documentation
· Experience in Agile project management software/tools (JIRA preferred)
· IT Project Management and SDLC knowledge/experience
· Hands on experience to develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents, including identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path, execution, and prioritization
· Experience estimating resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
· Previous experience in Capital markets compliance. Trade Surveillance / Control room Surveillance, Employee investing and activities compliance preferred
· At least 5 years of experience in technology area
Skills:
· Strong SQL and Data Analysis knowledge is a must
· Ability to proactively manage change in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency
· Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications.
· Can effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills, and interact with executive level.
· Proficient with MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint (or other tools)
· Knowledge of DevOps is a plus.
· Knowledge of Java, Scala or Python is a plus.
· Preferred if the candidate knows Linux (or other) commands to analyze logs and troubleshoot issues
