...WIND CHILL ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 AM CST FRIDAY...
* WHAT...Adverse travel impacts due to remaining icy spots on roads and development of black ice where roads are wet after wintry precipitation has come to an end across the advisory area. Wind chills ranging as low as 0 to 10 above zero through 9 AM Friday.
* WHERE...Portions of south central Texas.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 10 AM CST Friday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, until 9 AM CST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Difficult travel conditions are possible. The adverse conditions could impact the Friday morning commute. Side walks and pavement could be slippery to walk on. In addition, a risk for hypothermia exists for those spending extended time outdoors and not dressed in layers and gloves.
