Need recruiters who have worked on Life sciences (Pharma), Healthcare, IT
Both side home pick and drop
Note - need recruiters who have worked on Life sciences (Pharma), Financial Service or Telecom domains and worked on W2 contract/FTE and exposure to VMS (Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator, Wand etc)
Job Description:
1. Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
2. Must have experience in dealing W2/C2C with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
3. Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
4. Ability to understand the technical requirements and submit consultants' profiles on time.
5. Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry.
6. Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
7. Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.
8. Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment to understand the Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
9. Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals.
