Looking for candidates from US Staffing background, candidates who have experience working in US Staffing industry in the past or present.

Role & Responsibility:-
• Handling the full cycle of recruitment –sourcing, screening, validating, offering and closing resources for W2 job requirements.
• Involved with all task of a recruiter which involved in searching candidates in Job portals like JobDiva, Dice, Monster, CarrerBuilder, Linkedin etc. and validating them before submittal.
• Experience with ATS tools like Jobdiva, Conrep, Cats and VMS like Fieldglass
• Ability to plan, initiate and develop successful recruiting techniques in a highly competitive market.
• Sourcing of resumes from Monster, Dice, Techfetch.com and other Job Portals.
• Sourced active and passive resumes through on-line job boards, traditional database searches, networking, cold calls, head hunting and referrals.
• Screening all the candidate profiles.
• Working on different kinds of IT and Semi-Conductor requirements.
• Short listing potential candidates resumes and communicates with candidates via email and phone.
• Hire W2 candidates, work for contract and permanent position.
• Worked closely with Account Manager to fill open IT and Semiconductor requisitions on a contract, contract to hire, and full-time basis.
• Dynamic and result-oriented individual with experience of Technical Recruiting experience and managed the full-cycle recruiting process.
