Job Role: Project Manager - (Core Banking Payment exp)

Duration: 6+months Contract

Location: NYC (Remote till COVID)

Job description:

Overall 10+ Years of experience with 5+ years of experience in Business Process management & business systems and Banking experience is mandatory.
Strong experience in core Banking clients / Process
Deep proficiency with Lending and Loans process with solid understanding of cross-divisional interface with other banking business area’s like Core Banking, Operations, Front Office, Lending, Middle Office.
Ability to manage multiple or large technology infrastructure functions with a focus on driving complex projects requiring participation of cross-functional groups
Experience leading a business requirements process with both technical and business partners
Experience with Agile project methodologies
Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Candidate should be self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams.
Lead requirements elicitation sessions to understand business problems and how proposed system enhancements address them while assessing impact to existing functionality and business processes
Preferable Areas of proficiency - Core processing platform, Account analysis, Overdraft privilege/Courtesy pay, Safe deposit box, Data warehouse, COLD Reports storage, New deposit account opening, New deposits account forms, Receipt printers, Monetary Instruments Log (MIL), Currency transaction reports (CTR’s), Internet Banking, Retail Bill Pay, Imaged statements, Mobile banking, Item processing check, ATM/Debit processing, ATM Switching, ATM Driving, Card procedure, Main processing, Commercial loan servicing, Reserve deposit closure, Internet Banking/Cash Management, Positive pay, ACH, Wires, Imaged check statements, Tokens, Wire transfer, GL/AP, Factoring, Asset based lending, Trade finance, Lockbox
