SDET/ QA with Strong Java Exp

Horsham, PA
 
Analyze and Understand detailed requirements
Review and contribute to testability of integration and E2E test requirements.
Clarify ambiguities in requirements, user stories, design and other artifacts produced as part of the product lifecycle.
Create Integration Test deliverables (Test scenarios, test cases, test results)
Develop Integration test scripts through automation.
Create test data requests and coordinate with TDM team
Execute integration test scenarios and E2E test scenarios, document results and defects
Support UAT
Triage defects with Dev, PO and UAT
Complete product demo and obtain sign-off
 
Skills Required:

- Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET); a software tester who can code; writes test code to test product/application code
- Experience with Acceptance Test Driven Development
- 5+ years of experience developing test automation or combination of development in Java and test automation experience using Selenium.
- 3+ years of experience with agile methodologies
- Hands on experience with testing and automating web and mobile applications and services testing in an agile mindset
- Experience in any modernization ( technology) is a plus
- Hands on experience on test automation of APIs (SOAP and REST services)
- Experience with developer tools and Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), such as Eclipse, Git and Github for developing on the Java stack
- Experience working in a CI/CD environment like Jenkins for executing automated tests to support continuous testing
- Experience with unit testing and test driven methodologies using Selenium and JUnit
- Strong communication collaboration and influencing skills to drive change

We need your help to support our current CI/CD platform and to shape, design, and drive the future way in which software is built and deployed. You will work to drive commonality and simplicity across the various deliverable artifacts in our environment. We're a DevOps team, responsible for environment builds, CI/CD and support of a variety of products. Come join our diverse team of engineers working together on our new platform.

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of IT experience on Linux Platform
• 5+ years of IT experience on web-based products
• 5+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple team projects
• 5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and Test Driven Development
• 5+ years of experience with CI/CD tools (like Jenkins, Sonar, Fortify, XLDeploy, Maven, Docker, Chef, Terraform)
• 3+ years of development experience using Java
• 3+ years of experience with at least 1 scripting language such as (Groovy, Shell, Python or PowerShell)
