- Must be willing to understand the project requirements, high level techincal solution and ask relevant questions
- Must be able to work with the relevant leads to co-ordinate creation of a development / Test strategy
- Reponsible for allocating work to the team and ensure delivery is met within agreed upon timelines with quality
- Should have experience in creating cost proposals with CBA to the customer.
- Must be a good team player and have the ability to navigate difficult conversations
