Duration : Long Term Contract Job description: - Minimum 10 years of experience with manual and automation testing skills with 5 years as a QA Lead.
- Strong knowledge of testing concepts, strategies & processes for Test development.
- Experience working with tight timeline and dynamic project environments.
- Highly proficient in testing the application developed in AWS, Java, Angular,NodeJS, Nginx, HTML, Spring, Microservies, etc.
- Hands-on Automation skills on Selenium, REST, Postman, Selenium, Python, JUnit, Maven,etc.
- Extensive experience of Testing UI, API and Microservices in AWS environment.
- Experience in working with AWS and CI/CD Test pipelines using Jenkins and configuring build triggers test suites.
- Experienced in writing and executing test cases, reporting and tracking defects, preparing test reports and building test automation suites.
- Experience with Agile Software Development methodologies and practices
- Experience with JIRA and Rally Tools.
- 30% Lead and 70% hands-on Testing activities.
- Analyze Business and Functional Requirements, Features, User Stories for creating test cases.
- Create manual and automation test scripts for GUI or services, and database validation.
- Execute manual and automation test scripts.
- Maintain manual and automation test scripts for regression testing.
- Collaborate with globally distributed teams.
- Ability to communicate QA metrics/reports with all levels of management
- Define automation scope, prepare test plan, estimate effort and schedule, resource planning,
- Collaborates on and maintains all project related internal QA test plans.
- Creates accurate build verification reports and technical feature reports daily.
- Develop effective technical test plans to verify proper function, data content, performance, usability/playability, and hardware/software compatibility.
- Assists in forming and improving QA systems and procedures.
- Supervises the test team on a daily basis to ensure rapid and accurate completion of assigned tasks.
- Actively evaluates tester performance and works closely with them to alleviate any issues that arise.
- Execute and monitor the progress to meet the release schedule.
- Collaborating with project teams to align long-term solutions for test automation including road maps, tools, framework & approach
- Excellent team player, learning and communication Skills.
