ServiceNow Senior Developer –

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Note - have to start from scratch – suggest solutions
1. Extensive experience in working with the below modules in ServiceNow
- ITSM modules(Incident, Problem, change)
- Service Catalogs
- Service Level Agreements
- Integrations
- Event Management
2. Experience in the below modules will be a plus point – client started working/deploying these modules. Candidates having this exp will be huge plus
- Performance Analytics
- Service Portal
- Virtual Agent
- Natural Language Understanding.
- Artificial Intelligence
3. Excellent scripting skills.
4. Extensive experience in working with business rules, client scrips, Import sets, Notifications, Scheduled jobs etc.
5. Should be well versed with the ServiceNow Architecture.
6. Extensive experience in working with ServiceNow Administration
7. Extensive experience in Integration third party Applications with ServiceNow.
8. Ability to handle any development/administration/Integration request independently.
9. Ability to gather requirements from the client and prepare a high level and low level design and pass it on for development.
10. Ability to troubleshoot any issues and provide solution for the same. (onsite team handling this)
11. Propose solutions to the client requirements.
12. Provide improvement ideas to the client.
13. Ability to coordinate with the offshore Development and QA team to complete any requests from the client.
14. Well versed with the ServiceNow best practices.

The above plus the candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of experience as ServiceNow Architect.
