•    Experienced agile professional – not enough to have certification(s) but no practical experience.
•    Servant leadership – servant’s mindset, but not a “yes person”; service as a means to help learn and grow.
•    Flexibility – Understand what’s in the “handbook” but be willing and able to adjust to do what’s necessary given the circumstances.
•    Demonstrated ability to coach individuals and teams in agile practices.
•    Great attitude – willing to listen, learn, adapt, adjust, lead, AND follow.
