Position: SAP Service delivery manager -- SD/MM Consultant
Location: Remote

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
2) Be the SPOC for customers worldwide and for SAP related support issues and queries
3) Manage a team of SAP consultants and do work planning, capacity utilization and solutioning for customer reported SAP issues and enhancements
4) Provide periodic status updates on SAP issues and projects to team manager and others as necessary
5) Provide support and guidance to the team on incidents related with issues on assigned Module(s)
6) Act as top point of escalation for the SAP support project and ensure resolution of issues to customer's best satisfaction, coordinating process with local Service Delivery managers across different regions
7) Provide break-fix resolution, analyze technical impact, and perform code and data fixes
8) Follow approved processes and executes tasks (support and development)
9) Understanding of functionality and expected solution and resolutions
10) Interface with software package vendor and other module consultants for issue resolution regarding standard functionality, technical solution
11) Must possess a broad knowledge of all SAP modules and particularly touchpoints and integrations between different SAP modules
12) Perform root cause analysis, solution identification and implementation and be responsible for solution quality and SLA Adherence for issues handled
13) Responsible for coordination with other interrelated non-SAP application teams and other internal IT teams to provide resolutions and closure of reported issues
14) Assess new requirements/demands and assist with staffing the new projects
15) Interacts with Account's Service Delivery Manager and other members of the Governance team to drive success on this project
Basic Qualifications:
- Expert (10+ years) of SAP experience
- At least 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP Related Module and applications with minimum 3 Full implementation and SAP support experience
- Degree: Graduate in Engineering, Computer Science or similar
Nice to Have; (But not a must)
1) Experience in Manufacturing industry
2) Experience with Global SAP Implementations
3) Experience working on Global and Multicultural teams
