Position: SAP Commerce Expert - Lead / Architect

eCommerce Tech Lead (8+ years) and eCommerce Architect (10+ years)
Must Have: SAP Commerce Core (Expert), Headless, CMS, Architecture (Strong)
- SAP Commerce expert will be responsible for B2C and B2B eCommerce application design and development using best practices and modern frameworks
- Responsible for envisioning the overall eCommerce solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and define technologies, patterns and best practices to materialize it
- Implement important elements of the application which includes setting up the global architecture, headless design, backend integrations, multi-site architecture, CI/CD pipeline
- In-depth understanding of Core Concepts i.e. Data Modelling, Cronjobs, Converters & Populators, Hot Folder, OCC, Flexible search, SOLR Search
- Experience of working in Microservices, Rest APIs/GraphQL and integrations with 3rd party systems
- Evaluate performance of application functionality and tune the performance to cover the range of customer use
- Produces detailed component specifications and translates these into detailed designs for implementation using selected products
- Assists in the preparation of technical plans
- Provides advice on technical aspects of system development and integration and ensures that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards and practices (including security) are applied correctly
- Promotes and ensures use of appropriate techniques, methodologies and tools
- Write well designed, testable, and efficient code
- Understand and discuss the business requirements with business users
- Able to communicate well with business as well as technical teams
