Application Administrator – SharePoint 
Job Description:
·        Responsible for the administration and development of the required application.
·        This person will provide direction for the user community, coordinate with the application vendor on issues and/or upgrades and guides other application administrators.
 
Key Job Responsibilities
·        Perform troubleshooting for On-Premise SharePoint 2013.
·        Perform routine administration such as setting up new users and permissions for SharePoint
·        Assist with SharePoint upgrades and patching.
·        Facilitate communication between end users and IT department.
·        Develop and maintain application documentation.
·        Monitor and coordinate resolution of application service desk tickets.
·        Develop and maintain required reporting.
·        Learn complex application functions to facilitate issues.
·        Python Scripting and PowerBI experience preferred.
·        Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the primary job responsibilities as described above.
 
Required
·        Proven Ability to provide written documentation and correspondence on various versions of SharePoint
·        Proven Ability to develop and a present a plan to other members of the project team.
·        Proven Ability to resolve/manage conflict within a team.
·        Proven Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting between applications.
·        Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skill.
·        Advanced problem-solving skills.
·        Aids and guides fellow Application Administrators.
·        Understanding of business function(s) as they relate to the application.
·        Experience managing application integrations and implementations.
·        Advanced understanding of ITIL concepts.
·        Proven to be self-motivated and directed, can define team direction.
·        Advanced customer service orientation.
·        Proven ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related degree.
·        A combination of education, experience and training may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
·        This job’s responsibilities may include task assignment to support, administer, or access systems.
