Duration: Contract JD: Business Analyst (Agile based Product Development) Responsibilities - Interface with business users to work through business process, ensuring business requirements and business acceptance documents are accurately developed
- Build & groom product backlog across Epics, Features & User Stories.
- Provide concise user stories to modularize delivery.
- Collaborate with Project Manager, Product Owner, and development leads on project planning
- Validate that the product being developed meets business requirements
- Collaborate with the QA team on requirements, test case review, testing, and defect remediation
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables both short and long-term in a busy and aggressive environment, while staying flexible to dynamic needs and priority levels
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with different stakeholders
Strong project organization skills, including prioritization and planning Qualification: - Minimum 5 years of experience analyzing business requirements [preferably Electric Vehicle business and/or technical experience]
- Experience building/implementing an Over the air update solution for automotive with holistic view of running service campaigns via OTA solutions will be preferred.
- Experience developing requirements within Agile for SaaS-based product development (with IoT is preferred)
- Strong customer service focus and analytical problem-solving skills are desired
- Experience in collaborating in an Agile Scrum environment, PI Planning, Backlog grooming, Roadmap, MVP planning, Sprint Planning.
Background in Automotive, Manufacturing, QA and technical development is preferred | | | |
