Proven experience in handling Technology driven projects which has multivendor and Complex systems
Agile Delivery exposure where there are multiple stakeholders
Good sense of Automation implementation and transformation initiatives
Bring efficiency and effectiveness thru automation and new process which saves time but doesn’t compromise on quality
Good stakeholder management and Communication with offshore team
Track metrics of Delivery and increase cost of Delivery
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Good knowledge in Agile Process and methodologies
Good exposure Automation framework tools and solutions
Good analysis of problems and providing solutions to the customers
Resource acquisition for onshore staffing and looking for avenues to expand with proactive proposals
