Responsibilities for QA lead
- Develop automation test cases in order to test repeatable processes.
- Reviews business requirements and designs specifications for low to moderately complex changes/systems for completeness and testability.
- Setup and maintain lab for functional and performance testing.
- Assists in reproduction and verification of field problems as needed.
- Advertising the student worker position, evaluate candidates.
- Answering day to day questions about the job and handling personnel problems.
- Handling performance and salary talks.
- Be in charge of performance metrics for the team, including qualitative datapoints from our developers
- Design and build tooling, scalable and maintainable test infrastructure to help engineering teams measure and increase their velocity
- Partnering with various product and engineering teams to develop system test automation and infrastructure for Mobile and Site teams
Qualifications for QA lead
- A minimum of Three (3) years’ experience managing projects.
- Experience in working in agile & live ops environments.
- Expertise in the usage of bug tracking and Test management tools is a must.(JIRA and Test rail are plus)
Knowledge of Microsoft systems, with intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
