Title: Project Manager

Location: Miami, FL (Remote to start with later onsite)

Duration: 3-6 Months of Contract to Hire  

 

Job Description:

1. 8+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in managing large size migration engagements with a team size of 20+ FTEs

2. 2-3 years of technical experience in either IBM Mainframe or iSeries/AS400 technologies

3. Experience in managing large size programs with customer facing role and end to end delivery responsibility

4. Extensive management experience leading Application transformation projects using agile Methodology

6. Manage project execution end to end to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope, working with third party vendors

7. Provide directions and thought leadership on the usage and implementation of Client tools

8. Identify customer issues and needs by maintaining an excellent relationship with end-users and stakeholders

9. Build, recommend and implement Continuous Service Improvement Plans for a modern app dev platform

10. Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery

11. Expertise in people management and leadership - Leading personnel management, including staff recruitment, performance assessment, training, and mentoring

12. Proficiency in leading both physical and virtual teams

13. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
