Job Details:
Must Have Skills:
• Extensive experience working in cable domain in terms of Video testing and device testing
• 10+ years of experience in project management
• Excellent knowledge of project management tools and techniques
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills. Communicate effectively in difficult and/or ambiguous situations
• Familiarity with Agile development and product delivery
• Resolving impediments & engaging others if external blockers
• Strong experience on object-oriented design and Java development
• Ability to prioritize work, and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones.
• Proactively manage project risks and issues, timely mitigate, and escalate to relevant stakeholders where applicable
• Create metrics driven insights into the delivery and execution of the team using relevant team level metrics
• Provide accurate project status to leadership with required metrics
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with Director level and above
• Should be motivated by challenges and be able to motivate team members to look at challenges as opportunities
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
