Job Title: IT - WorkDay Test Manager

Job Description:
• Overall, 12+ years of experience with 4+ years of Workday implementations experience
• Own test quality and outcome of all test phases in a Workday Implementation including but not
limited to System Integration Test, Performance test, Payroll Parallel Run, etc.
• Development and maintenance of procedures for smoke, regressions, system load, data
conversion, system integration test, and user acceptance testing.
• Work with downstream/ upstream application owners to ensure integrated tests are executed
and completed in time
• Collaborate with teams across shores to meet the required outcomes and objectives
• Able to develop innovatively automated and manual testing approaches to meet deadlines while
maintaining quality assurance
• Prioritizes system testing requirements and areas for self and users, identifies and eliminates
potential testing roadblocks
• Work with users to plan UAT activities ensuring adequate coverage
• Chair defect triage meetings and drive defect fix/ retest and closure
• Create test progress reports as per the standards.
