Detailed Job Description:
1. Manage agile team operations and eradicate impediments
2. Guides and support all roles to use and follow agile practices
3. Responsible for daily calls and scrum activities at the project level.
4. Facilitates the Scrum ceremonies
5. Sprint Planning
6. Onsite/Offshore co-ordination
7. Project planning, coordination, tracking
8. Status Report – work closely with Client project manager and product owner to address risk and mitigation strategies
9. Helps the team to improve its processes to increase their performance
10. Supports Business with effective Product Backlog management
