At least 15 years experience in strategy, planning, delivery, operations, governance of mission-
critical CRM applications for consumer products & services in a large global matrix organizations
At least 5 years of experience in Portfolio and Program Management.
Experience in evaluating strategic rationale & financial benefit for migration from Legacy to
Customer Relationship
Experience in planning end-to-end diverse cross-functional and technical teams, business
integration units, various IT functions, engineering, management
Experience in data analytics implementations
Experience in Project Management
Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute:
liaison between Technical SAP Consultants and Business to validate requirements Responsible for all project timelines and updates to Senior Management All status updates and communications with both Global and Local Business Management.
