Job Title: IT - Oracle RPAS Consultant
Contract duration: 6+ Months

Job Details:
• As a Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle.
You will be intensely involved; you will define the problem, proposing and refining the solution.
• You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the
overall solution.
• You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal
development, client training, and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope.
• You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients
to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Required:
• Proven Technical Skills in the following:
O Oracle – RPAS and/or AIP (Primary)
O MFP, IP, RDF, RO, Supply and Demand Planning (Secondary)
O Retail Planning and Forecasting
O Supply chain Management
• Excellent Communication ( verbal and written) and presentation skills
• Excellent Client/ Stake Holder Management skills
• Excellent grasp of the system and ability to comprehend it and convert it into the design and
guide the teams on design and build
• Detail and Process Oriented Performer and Go-getter
• Effectively identifies the potential risks and issues even before they could occur, communicates
the same follows them up with various stakeholders to get closure on them.
• Exhibits excellent Leadership traits to set the standards of Lead by Example
• Mentors, inspires, and nurtures the teams (offshore, and onsite) to effectively build great teams,
and knows when to delegate.
• Must have an eye for detail to do the technical reviews of various deliverables.
• Must have played the role of onsite lead in at least one of the large-scale Telco Engagement
Preferred:
• Techno-Functional Lead, the person should have an overall experience of 8-10 years, with
relevant experience of
• 4-6 years spanning across various implementation/ maintenance/support /extension Projects in
Oracle Retail in various roles.
