Minimum years of experience: 8+ years
Must Have Skills (Top 3 technical skills only):
1. Good Knowledge of the Blue Yonder (JDA) LMS module
2. Knowledge of other JDA modules would be an added advantage
3. Experience with Oracle databases SQL queries
Detailed Job Description:
· Liaise with business users/client managers/ specialists to understand the requirements/problem statements
· Ability to create Test Scenarios and Test Scripts based on LMS Application
· Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers
· Carrying out test script execution tasks as assigned
· Coordinating with the customer & offshore team to resolve queries or clarifications
· Coordinating/conducting testing or release management activities
Skillset:
· Good Knowledge of Blue Yonder (JDA) LMS module
· Knowledge of other JDA modules would be an added advantage
· Experience with Oracle databases - SQL: queries
· Strong conceptual understanding of the Labor Management Domain
· Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills
· Strong Communicator
