Role Title: Network Data Engineer
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: 06 +Months

Is Remote option available during COVID: No
No OPT / CPT
Rate: $60/hr on c2c .
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Should be able to plan, execute and troubleshoot network transformation projects in multi-site and multi datacenter environments.
· Capable of working on severity 1 and 2 network issues and work collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues.
· Should be flexible for on-call and off-hrs. network change schedules.
· Should be able to work independently with OEMs and other vendors for circuit turnup/troubleshooting, cabling and other datacenter related network activities.
· Good and clear oral and email communication.
· Should be able to travel to and work at datacenters and branch locations.
· Should be able to independently document handover and drawings of projects completed.
· Strong understanding of network routing and its features in general
· Strong understanding of network switching and its features in general
· Good knowledge and experience in BGP & OSPF routing protocols
· Good knowledge and experience in Cisco switching L3 & L2.
· Good knowledge and experience in Arista switching L3 & L2.
· Clear understanding of DNS & DHCP
· Experience in working with Infoblox appliances
· Should be able to login to PaloAlto FWs and interpret traffic logs and use that for troubleshooting.
· Should understand wireless networking for Cisco and Aruba.
· Should have knowledge about Solarwinds and HP ClearPass.
