Role: SAP CAR (OAA)

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Duration: Long term

 

Job Description:

 

8 + years functional/configuration experience in SAP CAR (Customer Active Repository)

• At least 2+ life cycle implementations of SAP CAR including 4.0/5.0 version

• Experience with the following modules of CAR: Point-of-Sale Data Transfer and Audit (POSDTA), Omni-channel Article Availability and Sourcing (OAA), and Multichannel Transaction Data Management (MTDM), Omnichannel Promotion Pricing (OPP)

• Expertise in leading blueprint workshops, Best practices, Sprints, SAP Configuration, Custom (PRICEFW) Development, Cutover Activities, Data Migration, Testing and User Training and hyper-care support experience

• Experience with CAR HANA Reporting and FIORI

• Experience with SAP Retail and Sales and Distribution

• Experience with business process to support Omni-channel environments including e-commerce, bricks and mortars.

• Experience with Retail systems architecture and integration with SAP

• Experience with Agile methodology including SAP Activate

• Knowledge of Reporting using the content for POS Analytics and other CAR functions

 

• Strong client facing skills and ability to lead a team through all phases of SAP implementation

• Flexibility, adaptability, and process improvement approach

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Must be detail oriented, self-directed and have strong independent problem solving skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with CxO level

• Mentors team members in technology, architecture and delivery of applications

• Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities are required

• Creates a shared sense of direction and community among the teams

• Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements

• Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies

• Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.

MUST be willing to travel extensively, up to 100%.

• A strong track record of professional success, preferably in the Consulting Services arena
