Duration: Long term
Location: Redmond, WA (Onsite from day 1)
· 4+ Yrs on Data Center Support Experience
· 4+ Yrs on Linux and Windows operating system.
· Experience on GPU hardware and related troubleshooting skills.
· Knowledge of Networking Devices and Concept.
· Experience on Engineering, testing and deploying hardware, software, updates, documents and preferences.
· Troubleshooting Skills(Hardware, OS)Work Experience in using iLO/DRAC/KVMo IP/BMC Migration and decommission of hardware, Ability to lift up to 50 lb devices.
· Working experience with Server, Network and Storage Deployments.
· Provisioning and Racking of hardware.
· KVM based remote access systems.
· Experience on supporting SAN infrastructure, Backup & archive loaders and libraries, Experience on different type of display connectors (VGA, HDMI) and their variants, GPU Cards and related components.
· Strong customer relations experience.
· Flexibility to work in shifts for 24x7 support, Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Understanding/work experience of Complex/diverse environments Status
