• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree and 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce.com (administration and maintenance of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud).
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of the Salesforce Process Builder and/or Flow Designer.
• Experience implementing and maintaining external application integrations into Salesforce.

Job Title: Boomi Integration Admin

Location: Pleasanton CA

Duration 12+ Month Contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Boomi AtomSphere - Certified Administrator

• Good knowledge on Boomi Administration

• Experience in deployments, configuration, restarts and monitoring of atoms and molecules

• Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for environmental issues, as they arise

• Proactively identify and communicate potential problems and issues to project team

members/leaders.

• Ensure issues are analyzed, discussed, and resolved in a timely manner

• Provide timely and accurate on-call support for production infrastructure components

• Navigate the AtomSphere UI

• Identify and perform the daily production administration tasks

• Experience in AtomSphere user management functions

• Recognize system error messages and carry out the steps to resolve them

• Utilize the Account and HTTP Dashboards and process monitoring to monitor processes

• Deploy integration processes to environments

• Basic Linux administration skills – install/upgrade software, stop/start processes, troubleshoot

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 3-5 years of experience in Boomi or comparable middleware technology

• Ability to set business requirements against the capabilities of the Boomi platform

Soft skills:

• Effective communicator that works well in a collaborative team setting

• A Team Player with strong communication skills
