- Experience with troubleshooting critical issues in model and prod environments
- Experience with presenting new ideas and creating presentations for proposals

- Work for Middleware area and serve as the SME for escalations
- Understanding of J2EE based applications / platforms
- Experience with Weblogic / JBOSS / Apache / Tomcat Application servers and installations
- Experience with configuration and Tunning of Weblogic / JBOSS / Apache / Tomcat Application servers
- Managing Active Directory access
- Represent Middleware CRs in CAB meeting.
- Experience on patching on Weblogic / JBOSS / Apache / Tomcat Application along with JDK, JRE patching.
- Configuration of Monitoring tools & managing Access
- Scripting, Automation activities in Middleware area specific to projects requirements
- Certificate renewal implementation
- Coordinated with E&O team and other teams for file system issues
- Monitoring with all alerts, server health, login dashboard activities
- Application servers restart
- Knowledge of monitoring systems like Splunk, App Dynamics etc.
- Understanding of Unix based systems (Solaris / VM’s / JVM’s)
- Knowledge of IT architecture / infrastructure & SDLC practices
- Ability to learn / understand and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to manage the relationship between various teams and maintain vendor relations
- Troubleshoot problems and meet problem resolutions in an effective manner
- Effective Communications skills and Time Management Skills
- Support new application build-out efforts as well as changes to existing applications and environments
- Work with Technology and Infrastructure teams to test and troubleshoot application issues from Development to Production
