Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education 7+ years of overall IT experience with minimum 5 years of hands-on 7+ experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and Dynamics 365 Operations Experience on Bank integrations in AX2012 / D365 FO Strong experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment Strong expertise in design / development of Interfaces Experience in enforcing best practices Has performed the lead role for all technical deliverables and provide status update to the project stake holders Strong communication skills Client facing experience Experience of working in onsite / offshore model and leading team
Preferred
Banking domain knowledge Experience of ISV development Microsoft AX2012 / D365 FO certifications preferred Experience in technical design / documentation Planning and Prioritization skills Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel Travel as needed
Must Have Skills D365 FO coding, development, design hands on experience D365 FO bank intergration development
Nice to have skills Banking domain experience ISV development
