- Work with various stake holders (Procure to Pay Business Services, IT Commercial, Finance Business Partners) to resolve any issues raising in completing Goods/Service receipt confirmation
- Should be able to identify and analyze errors in Goods/Service receipt confirmation and provide solution to IT business users
- Provide training/guidance to users related to Goods/Service receipt confirmation, queries related to invoicing and Purchase orders.
- Identify pattern of queries received from users and provide management the improvements required in training.
- Co-ordinate with stakeholders to get the extracts of invoices requires action from IT Business users.
- Maintain excel files and track status of invoices pending for Goods/Service receipt confirmation
- Perform analysis of invoice data and prepare trend reports
- Work with IT commercial team in negotiating early pay discount terms with vendors
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports showing the progress in clearing backlog of invoices which were pending for Goods/Service receipt confirmation
- Prepare trend reports with KPI data
