SAP Basis Support for ERP, CRM, BI, NWGW, APO, PLM SAP Components
Proactive SAP System Monitoring, Issue identification and resolution
SAP Stop/Start Activities - SAP Enhancement update, Applying Support packages and stacks, SAP Kernel Upgrade, Add-On.
SAP System Refreshes, SAP Client Administration , SAP Client Copy
SAP Transport Management configuration and Troubleshooting
SAP Basis Administration
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expert to resolve Single Sign on Issues, SAP Certificate issues
SAP Performance Issues
SAP Printer Issues, RF Scanner Issue related to SAP
SAP Router Issues, SAP OSS connection, S- User administration, Data Maintenance at Service Marketplace, SAP Object Key, Developer Key
SAP GUI Installation/SAP access Issue/SAP Logon Issue/History issue
Expert to resolve SAP Performance Issues (Specifically CRM/ Web UI/ Slowness/ Web UI not responding)
SAP Client Language Issues - SAP System log, Runtime time error analysis.
