IT Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst

Gsuite experience - License optimization, provisioning, integration with other tools.
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative IT Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst to be a part of our product management and business systems analyst team. In this role you will enable the delivery and support of our Collaboration and Productivity tools executing on operational plans and managing overall vendor onboarding, license administration, license management, product/app analytics and overall application operations.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Workforce Care team to provide support and triage incoming requests regarding the IT software applications (i.e. new applications, new integration requests or plugins, etc)
- Fulfill and provisioning/deprovisioning IT software, and associated services to end users. Coordinate activities for software license management, license/user administration and configuration, license/user entitlements, license renewals and retirement, and software license usage audits and true-ups.
- Partner with the sourcing and enterprise security team to onboard new apps or integrations (triaging/triangulating tasks such as entering in the purchase order, security assessment tickets, SSO onboarding, etc).
- Develop and maintain system/process artifacts and plan of records to include software license management processes, user configuration and overall usage analysis processes.
- Provides analysis, functional support and maintenance of enterprise, regional or local software applications.
- Provides assistance in resolving application issues and problems and/or triage and routes to appropriate teams or vendors.
- Partner with the product team to perform testing of new releases of applications/interfaces where needed.
- Interfaces with team members, technical application staff and/or vendors to resolve system or application problems.
- Researches and responds to customer issues/monitors queue (i.e., security access, break/fix, reporting).
- Conduct data analysis on a variety of metrics. Generate advanced reports/dashboards on overall usage and operations metrics
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years overall experiences working in a technical role - preference in an IT organization. Experience with requirements and systems analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment, IT software administration, IT software license or asset management or IT business analysis.
- Experience with project and process management
- Experience with IT software asset management or license administration/management
- Self-organized, self-starter and has the ability to work in a matrixed environment - ability to manage backlog and prioritize based on the prioritization guidelines provided.
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience with collaboration and productivity software SaaS tools and web-based tools - such as Gsuite, Slack, Smartsheet, Microsoft/SharePoint, Aha, Mural and Atlassian products.
