| Role: Data Masking Developer Location: Charlotte, NC Duration : 6 Months JOB DESCRIPTION: End-to-end analysis to identify sensitive information (PII/SPI, PHI), using data discovery tool Execute design & development for data discovery and data masking/obfuscation solution Knowledgeable with the data privacy regulations and compliances (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOC) Understand Business Terms and relationships Design and development process will be using leading 3rd party solutions including Informatica, Delphix, CA TDM and/or IBM Optim, Develop detailed solutions for database platforms (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, DB2 etc.), messaging platforms (e.g. MQ), and feeds (e.g. XML, flat files) Map sensitive data elements with proper data masking algorithms Identify, develop and deploy TDM/Data Masking reusable components as appropriate Responsible for managing deliverables quality Responsible for collaborating with the project team members to produce weekly status report, and weekly project log consisting of issues, risks, action items, and progress against planned activities for a given week. Experience Required: 8+ years of experience in developing ETL and data integration solutions 5+ years of hands on experience in Data profiling, cleansing, sub setting and validation and ETL of production copy data to test systems, preferably in Healthcare domain application development. 5+ years of Data Masking development experience including hands-on design, development, deployment and optimization experience using Informatica / IBM Optim / Delphix or other industry standard tools and technologies Work Experience on data masking using Delphix is desired. Data Virtualization experience also a good add-on skill Experience working with Data Architecture and Application teams to define data privacy fields and data masking requirements. Understand database models & designs including referential integrity, application enforced integrity, data dependencies between applications. Strong knowledge in Database language SQL, and data warehouse concepts Proficient in MS Excel, Word & working knowledge of UNIX Experience working with relational DBMS, like DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, DB2 and preferably Cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP). Ability to understand Entity Relationship diagrams for relational databases. Good understanding of database validations, constraints, syntax and data types Banking industry experience will be a good to have Able to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing to business and technology stakeholders Ability to multitask and work effective with little supervision; ability to co-ordinate with onsite resources deliverables/activities; Ability to work with client and manage their expectations & priorities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field Level : Sr. Consultant/ Manager |
