Required 10-18 years of Total IT experience
1. Must have prior experience working as a Program manager for an Agile Team or should have worked as Agile Scrum Master with very good program management skill
2. Should have good leadership skills
3. Should be able to drive communication/ collaboration with different stakeholders and good in reporting/ metrics
