Position:- Deployment Reliability Engineer Location: CHICAGO, IL - Remote Duration : 6 months Key Accountabilities:- - Deployment Reliability Engineer (DRE) responsible to perform deployments across market facing environments (production and non-prod) for Menu and Cores Capabilities.
- Works on Day-to-day operations tasks and resolves incidents raised in service café/ JIRA.
- Leads High-Severity/Potential issue calls, troubleshooting and triaging it. Ensures resolution with in the defined SLAs.
- Works with Initiative teams to deploy new features and functionalities into production.
- Application SME and consultant for Digital products
- Drives new initiatives and environment stabilization with market stakeholders and Technical Architects
- Day to day involvement with capability scrum masters and squad members for exchange of information/idea on upcoming sprints packages and market facing environment updates.
- Manages environment sanity and stabilization by ensuring Trunk deployments and Hot fixes are delivered with quality
- Major involvement in handling of code deployment and troubleshooting to fix issues at Infra and code level
- Proficiency in using Terraform for IAAC for building and deploying multiple environments in Production and Staging.
