JOB DESCRIPTION: This is for someone that needs to help the client with the MDRH (Marina Del Rey Hospital) data cleanup and audits so they can help MDRH data readiness.

Qualifications

•     Excellent data management and analysis skills to assemble, clean and analyze data effectively from multiple systems

•     Works with Production Support and Project Team to support on-going data analysis

•     Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with an ownership mindset

•     Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in HR

•     Conduct audits

•     Experience creating reports in ADP is required, related experience in Lawson and/or Oracle is desired.

•     Strong proficiency with MS Excel (conditional formulas, formatting, pivot tables, etc) and PowerPoint

•     Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills and ability to manage time, projects and multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

•     3-5+ year(s) of relevant ADP HRIS experience

•     Operational experience in payroll processes, systems, and data flows is required, related experience in HR is desired.

•     Hospital Experience is desired

 

Responsibilities

•     The ADP HRIS Reporting Analyst will support the HRIS team in generating and analyzing data to support an Oracle implementation

•     This role will work with our Production Support and Oracle project team and will have responsibility of analyzing data in support of the implementation

•     The ideal candidate will have a strong ADP table knowledge coupled with, analytical, and operational background

•     Regularly review and audit data and coordinate corrective action with relevant stakeholders

•     Collaborates and consults with various stakeholders to understand broader needs related to the Oracle implementation
