Role & Responsibilities -
Infrastructure SI Project manager is responsible for delivery of IT Infrastructure elements of business projects. -
Manages the delivery of Small / Medium Sized IT Infrastructure projects involving multiple stake holders -
Determine overall project plan, budget, team structure, project schedule, and staffing requirements for the project -
Deliver the Project within Scope, budget and Schedule -
Responsible for all phases i.e. Project Initiation to Project Closure, including the BAU Handover process -
Manage a Small / Medium sized team of highly competent architect, leads with Onsite/Offshore delivery model -
Management of Risks, Issues and Dependencies. Document / highlight these to stakeholders and work on mitigation plans, while tracking the progress regularly. -
Leverage on Project management tools (MPP, etc.) & processes. Experience ( Essential ) -
Engineering Degree with 12 + years in IT -
4+ Years of IT Infrastructure - System Integration Project Management experience -
IT Infrastructure domain knowledge is a must -
Should have experience around migration projects involving Active Directory, VMWare Virtualization, Networking, Cloud technologies, etc. -
Ability to develop and monitor project schedules and timelines to identify and meet critical mile stones -
Ability to deliver the project on the budgeted cost and track the budget -
Ability to create the project documents as necessary to detail. -
Proficient in Project management tools & processes -
Commercial orientation -
Process orientation -
Good and effective written and oral communication -
Good people management skill Experience ( Preferred) -
Experience of working in International business environment -
Previous experience in leading Datacenter Migration projects. -
