Job Title : IT Environnent Management Support (L2) Location : Phoenix, AZ Duration : 12+ Months Job Description : - Coordinate cut-over activities, including code migration, data migration, and test environment planning.
- Understanding of Infrastructure/servers/access requirements, to be able to Coordinate with internal Infrastructure teams
- Follow up with the environment teams for environment readiness for each of the test phases.
- Create Test environment requirement calendar and share with the environment teams.
- Incident Management to be done for the SCORE program in case there are any environment incidents reported. This resource will follow up with the support groups and keep the Project teams updated on the environment availability and outages etc.
- Identify and report risks to the program team
- Work with the Test manager(s) to provide details on demand forecast.
