Duration : 6 months

Job Description:

EM consultants Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting technical applications issues, data analysis and implementation of fixes/new functionality
- IT base support & SWI/project development using vendor platforms Allegro Horizon ETRM enterprise suite and other connecting systems (example: Quorum)
- Support .Net-based middleware components, many external interfaces including ICE, Trayport, Equias(Efetnet), EDIGas, and internal interfaces to SAP IPES, NAPES, and others.
- Troubleshooting and developing new functionality in C#.Net, MS-SQL and Allegro.
- Base support – Responding to service requests & problem tickets for global customer support, following standard change management processes
- Small Work Items – Enhancing existing systems and/or building new applications or interfaces per customer requirements
- Projects – Large software upgrades or new application scoping, requirements definition, technical design, development / coding, testing, and transition to support.
