Job Title:- Deskside Support Technician

Job Description :

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers (both Windows and MacOS)

• Working knowledge of hardware and software, components and configurations.

• Ability to troubleshoot local area network and server connectivity issues.

• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.

• Problem solving and troubleshooting.

• Oral communication skills, and ability to train end users.

• Team oriented and works well with other people.
