Role: Project Manager
Location: Maple Grove, MN – Day 1 onsite
Duration: 3 months + ext
Rate: $65/hr c2c

Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of project(s) and plan(s) while being accountable for ensuring key stakeholder alignment on project scope, budget, resource plan, key milestone management, and risk management.
Create and maintain program tool set for timeline tracking, decision, issue, and risk management
Be responsible for change management and communication plans throughout the project’s lifecycle.
Own regular status reporting and communications with internal and external teams for your project(s).
Escalate issues and impacts to delivery timelines and work proactively with teams to support the project execution.
Over communicate and radiate information to key stakeholders and also to Business Unit partners to ensure dependencies are clear and there’s general alignment.
Experienced in managing projects with on and off-shore team members
Qualifications
8+ Years of Software Delivery Experience
4-7 years of Project management experience preferred
3+ Years of Agile software Development experience
Must possess a high level of intellectual curiosity and be solution-focused
Must thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Be self-motivated, disciplined, highly organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills"
