Technical Competencies:
Senior Databricks Administrator with minimum 5+ years of hands-on administration experience right from setting up the Databricks environment and successfully administering it on AWS environment:
• Experience as the "Databricks Account owner", who manages Databricks account, including billing, subscription level, workspaces, host AWS accounts, audit logging, and high-level usage monitoring.
• Experience as "Databricks workspace Admin", who manage workspace users and groups—including single sign-on, provisioning, access to Databricks SQL, and access control—and workspace storage.
• Experience in setting up "Admin Group" and give user admin privileges, adding them to admins group using Admin Console, Groups API 2.0, SCIM API 2.0 or using SCIM-enabled identity provider.
• Experience in setting up users with administrative access to AWS to manage networking and security for Databricks instance and IAM credential passthrough etc.
• Experience as "Databricks Account Admin", who can perform the account management tasks as account owners for E2 Accounts.
