Description
• All Candidates should come with resume (in word doc.) Do not share profiles in PDF.
• Resumes should have full legal name as per passport/ Email Address / Phone number (not google voice/ IP Phone/ etc.)
• Try hitting voicemail to check the phone number if its Google Voice/ text now etc.
• Education details should be mentioned on the resume.
o Masters University Name | College Name | Course | Start MM/YY | End MM/YY
o Bachelors’ University Name | College Name | Course | Start MM/YY | End MM/YY
• LinkedIn for every candidate submitted.
• Submit RTR (Right to Represent) with all submissions coming to Mphasis. This should avoid duplication.
• Profiles should come with attached submission tracker – Please
• L1 Panelist will conduct an online assessment. So, please make sure they are ready with their laptops.
• RTTO – Candidates should be willing to work out of either one of the locations after 4 – 6 weeks of selection.
