Summary:

Participates in design, development, and implementation of architectural deliverables, to include components of the assessment and optimization of system design and review of user requirements. Contributes to the determination of technical and operational feasibility of solutions. Develops prototypes of the system design and works with a database, operations, technical support, and other IT areas as appropriate throughout development and implementation processes. May lead multiple projects with competing deadlines. Serves as a fully seasoned/proficient technical resource; provides tech knowledge and capabilities as a team member and individual contributor. Help guide and facilitate our digital transformation efforts

Essential Responsibilities:

Lead evaluation, design, and analysis for the implementation of a solutions architecture across a group of specific business applications or technologies, based on enterprise business strategies, business capabilities, value streams, business requirements, and enterprise standards.
Translate business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to achieve business objectives and document all solution architecture design and analysis work.
Work cross-functionally across teams to shape and inform technology decisions and integrations with new vendors, systems, and legacy systems.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated experience/proficiency in web application development, functional programming, object-oriented design patterns, and test/behavior-driven development.
7+ years of overall experience in the Information Technology area across all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is required.
At least 5+ years of Finance technology experience spanning multiple core platforms
Experience with large-scale technology implementation with complex solutions environments.
Experience in designing and developing APIs and RESTFul services.
Experience with cloud implementation patterns and platforms.
Experience with SaaS platforms and services, their adoption, integration, and ongoing use.
Experience in Technical Writing
Ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure.
Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate successful outcomes.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to set expectations and communicate goals and objectives with customers at various levels, from a developer to a CIO.
