Required Technical Skill Set:

Knowledge of Web design – PHP, ASP / ASP.NET, HTML
Must-Have:

Proficient in system admin tasks such as creating profiles, roles and users
Professional background related to any of the following areas: channel sales operations, I&C,
marketing, support, channel management, IT
English language – advanced level
Strong communication skills (vebal / presentations) – it is a key for the successful candidate
Complex research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills
Knowledge of ITIL processes (would be an advantage) Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :
Develop and implement technical solutions for assigned projects
Identification and solution of business processes, incident and problem management
Ongoing maintenance/improvement of the business process and deployed solutions
Recommend proper technology and procedures to be utilized – plan, develop and prepare presentations of various proposals,
systems solutions, objectives, organization and scheduling of assigned projects
Assist with ongoing data reporting / dashboarding solutions so business can maintain/grow with a focus on system functions
