Title: Operational Excellence Senior Analyst
Type: Contract through end of 2022.

· Looking for implementation experience and skills in process improvement
· Client facing experience is helpful
· Does not need financial services experience specifically, but prefer non-manufacturing.
· Prefer a lean six sigma black belt (would consider green belt with years of relevant experience for senior level)
· This role will be a part of an exciting join project with our CX team. This is a high visibility project that will be providing our clients something they have wanted for a while. All we can share at this time on the project, but it’s a big deal to be a part of!
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
· Experience with practical application of Lean Six Sigma tools outside of manufacturing.
· Strong critical thinking skills.
· Ability to research and digest information quickly.
· Advanced data gathering, analysis, and synthesis and representation skills.
· Ability to be process and client focused.
· Ability to successfully navigate cross functional teams.
· Self-starter that works without a high level of direction.
· Strong project management skills.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree plus 8-10 years of business performance management or related work experience, or equivalent training and/or experience.
· Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification required.
· 5-8 years metrics development
· 5-8 years project management
