Job description
Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist/ Sr. US Technical Recruiter/Lead Recruiter
Location: Pacific Business Park, Near Kaushambi Metro (Work from the office)
Salary: Open for the right candidate. (Up to even 13 LPA)
Round of interview: HR Screening and 1 Video Interview
Positions: 12 (Lead -3, Sr. Recruiter – 9)
Joining time: Immediate to 15 days (or negotiable)
About the job:
· You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of candidates for different technical positions for various companies based in North America. Ultimately this is a role wherein we will be hiring people based out in the USA for US clients.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for handling technical requirements for US-based clients.
· Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder). Making job postings on different social networking sites.
· Making calls and speaking to them about the clients and job opportunities in detail.
· Review the job description; understand, search plan, Source, assess, schedule, coordinate and take ownership, submit candidates resume to the hiring managers for further scrutiny or consideration, keeping them posted with updates on their candidature.
· Promote the reputation of the company for being an extraordinary workplace.
· Partner with our onsite sales team in North America to understand the client's needs and requirements.
· Engage regularly on an ongoing basis with the candidates through email, voice & video calls.
· Engaging with the vendors and offshore team regularly.
· Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Requirements:
· Bachelors degree in IT or relevant field.
· Well versed with SDLC and STLC cycle.
· Knowledge of technical terms such as Java, .Net, HTML, Android, iOS, Frontend, Backend, Data Science, Python or PHP etc.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Able to work in US Shift.
· Zeal to learn and self-motivated.
· Passionate about career and goal-oriented.
· Strong organization and analytical skills.
· An outstanding problem-solver.
· Good time management skills.
