Remote role - flexible hours - Some need to accommodate global partners, but we are reasonable. 12-month assignment 6+ Years experience in product management · 5+ Years of Retail Experience · 4-5 Years of Manhattan/IBM Sterling OMS experience · Working knowledge and experience with ecommerce technical solution.

 

Drive the strategic vision for Order Management as a critical Commercial Digital Technology foundational platform supporting Ecommerce and Omnichannel initiatives. Build alignment across a wide group of stakeholders in support of your platform vision.


· Partner with Business, Digital Product and Engineering in translating business goals and the product vision into a well-sequenced, dynamic, customer-centric roadmap:
o Balance foundational needs and specific use cases.
o Identify opportunities, analyze business benefit, evaluate ROI and prioritize and negotiate initiatives to develop a roadmap that delivers on the vision and strategy.
o Ensure the roadmap includes technical-debt remediation.
o Ensure the roadmap accounts for and integrates dependencies across functions.
· Build high-trust, mutually collaborative relationships with stakeholders to drive results
o Partner with all stakeholders to understand business needs, outcomes, and value, and ensure the roadmap is aligned to those needs, as well as other product roadmaps.
o Provide strategic advice on how to respond to stakeholders’ business challenges.
o Partner within Technology to deliver the roadmap on time and with quality.
o Represent the team in reviews with partners and senior company leaders to align resources and prioritization to ensure focus on business value and speed to market.
· Establish a consistent prioritization process that communicates clearly the roadmap, objectives, priorities, and decisions across a wide group of stakeholders.
· Establish a data-driven value framework to validate product decisions
o Ground your product vision in data: Draw insights from key metrics and data sets to iterate over product quickly, and forecast and validate impact. Ensure a virtuous cycle of testing and development.
o Act as the product evangelist to demonstrate business impact and value, with a compelling, data-driven narrative
o Drive the execution steps of product management in accordance with the value framework.
o Track value delivered, product adoption, performance, and execution against the end-to-end roadmap and adjust roadmaps as necessary.
· Drive adherence to all standard TPM ways of working (e.g., process, artifacts, templates, collaboration models) :
o Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, instrumentation, aggregation, and prototypes, in partnership with engineering, data engineering and privacy teams.
o Scope and prioritize activities based on forecasted impact, including data ingestion and related APIs/services.
o Act as an agent of change within and outside your team, challenging the status quo and embracing new methodologies towards better outcomes.
· Coordinate and prioritize effectively across multiple projects simultaneously.
· Experienced product manager, with the ability to not only ensure comprehensive and detailed product requirements for data pipelines and marketplaces, but also the capability to translate that deep experience to a strategic product vision for our consumer data as a platform.
· Domain knowledge and experience:
· Order Management - Manhattan is our Order Management System (OMS). You will be an expert in Manhattan functionality and operations, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and quickly within our systems, exceeding customer expectations on speed and transparency.
· Fulfillment and Warehouse Management - We leverage a 3rd party for warehouse fulfillment and the handoff from Levi's systems to external partners is critical. You will be monitoring order processing throughout the supply chain and helping to manage customer delivery expectations (known and estimated delivery dates).
· Customer Operations - Once the order has shipped, our customer service team leverages Manhattan and 3rd party services to meet our customer needs. We are constantly improving OMS and WMS interfaces to provide information in real-time to our support agents.
